High-Load Pulse Conditions and Elevated Thermal Runaway Risks
In scenarios such as heavy lifting, climbing slopes, and sudden starting or stopping, robot batteries are subjected to frequent high-current pulse discharges, leading to rapid heat accumulation in an instant. Over-temperature not only accelerates cell aging, but can also trigger protective derating or even thermal runaway shutdowns.
Harsh Working Environments Testing Protection and Reliability
Robot working environments are often accompanied by high-frequency vibration, dust, humidity, and even static electricity. This places extremely strict demands on the battery's internal shockproof structural design, explosion-proof performance, and overall dustproof and waterproof sealing.
