Electric toothbrushes place extremely high demands on battery safety, volume control, and durability. In humid environments such as bathrooms, the ingress of moisture or electrolyte can easily trigger short circuits, swelling, or even self-combustion. Furthermore, the sustained high-frequency vibrations from toothbrush motors—reaching up to 30,000 to 40,000 times per minute—can easily lead to fatigue damage in battery solder joints and electrode structures.
